Our History
In 2004, after 15 years of a distinguished career in human resources, corporate recruitment and college relations, Stephanie Jakubik founded Bertram & Associates, Inc. Initially started as a generalist firm, it did not take long to discover that to provide unparalleled service and to become a leader in the industry, specializing was the logical way to go. A few months after start up, that is exactly what happened: Stephanie leveraged her passion for recruiting and her HR corporate and firm work experience. Bertram & Associates, Inc. then steadily grew from a regional to a national human resources executive search firm.
Today, Bertram & Associates, Inc. provides specialized human resources executive search services to corporations in the Fortune 50, 100, 500 and 1500. Each client has a unique brand that differentiates itself: their leadership, structure, organizational goals, processes and work environments.
